At Hylton Hound Hotel, we understand that leaving your dog can feel like a big step, especially if it is their first stay with us. That is why we offer Woof Watch as an optional extra for selected bookings. Woof Watch gives you secure access to short live check-ins, so you can see your dog during approved viewing times and enjoy added reassurance while they are in our care.

What is Woof Watch?

Woof Watch is a secure live-viewing service for owners whose dogs are staying at Hylton Hound Hotel.

It allows you to view your dog during set viewing periods, helping you feel more connected while they are away from home. Access is private, controlled and only available during your dog’s stay.

The service is designed to give owners reassurance while still protecting the dogs’ daily routine, quiet time and welfare.

Viewing times

Woof Watch is available during specific viewing periods throughout the day.

Our viewing times are:

Woof Watch packages

Choose the package that best suits your stay.

Puparazzi

1 x 5-minute check-in per night: £5 per night
A simple option for owners who would like one daily check-in.

Barkstage Pass

2 x 5-minute check-ins per night: £8 per night
A good choice if you would like a little more reassurance during your dog’s stay.

VIPaw

3 x 5-minute check-ins per night: £10 per night
Best suited to longer stays, first-time boarders, or owners who would like more regular updates.

Your viewing access is managed securely and is only available to authorised owners.

How it Works

1. Book your dog’s stay

Book your dog into Hylton Hound Hotel as normal.

2. Request Woof Watch

Complete the Woof Watch request form or ask reception to add it to your booking.

3. Pick your package

Choose Puparazzi, Barkstage Pass or VIPaw.

4. Receive your access details

You will be given secure viewing details for your dog’s stay.

5. Watch during viewing times

Log in during the available viewing periods and enjoy a short check-in on your dog.
