A Hotel Stay for Your Dog
Meet and greets are an opportunity for us to get to know more about your pooch and for you to know more about us. In this meet and greet, we will go over what happens during doggy day care and allow us to see if your dog will be suitable and if you also think they are suitable.
Once established your furry friend is appropriate for day care, we will book a date for their first day care session. During this, a Hylton buddy will carry out an assessment to determine how well they play, and behave with other dogs and in the chalets, as well as how they deal with us handling them. During this session, we will use different groups of dogs to determine the best play type and dogs to put your poochie with.
Upon passing this assessment, they will be rewarded with a pawsport, which we fill in every day care session so you can see what your dogs get up to into the day.

Guest Records
Every dog has an individual record card and instruction sheet attached to their bedroom so that all buddies know all of their individual needs and requirements at a glance. We can cater for whatever makes your dog feel more at home. We pride ourselves on providing first class care to each and every guest.
All our guests are exercised daily. We have our very own secure safe park, directly adjacent to the bedroom blocks, making a very secure area for your pets to explore and have fun.
We are happy to follow your wishes as to whether you would rather we exercise your dog on or off lead individually, or with other compatible groups of dogs, just like they would if you walked in your local park. Our buddies are committed to ensuring your pet has a happy holiday with us.
The Boarding Kennel Specifications
All the boarding kennels and patios are spacious, comfortable and comply with those recommended by the authorities for even the giant breeds.
A reflective white insulated roof helps to keep the boarding kennels cool in the heat of summer as well as holding in the warmth of the thermostatically controlled heating system in winter.
Hygienic & Well Maintained Boarding Kennels
The bedrooms and patios are cleaned using pressurised water lances.
Dog-friendly detergents are used throughout to ensure a clean, healthy environment is maintained at all times.
In the unlikely event of your pet requiring medical attention, veterinary services
are available 24/7.

You do not need to contact us for inspection of our facilities. Indeed you are welcome at any time during our opening hours.
There are no “NO GO” areas for the public at our bedroom blocks and we will do our best to answer all your queries in order to ease your concerns about leaving your pet in our care.
