We recommend all new customers to inspect the kennels prior to leaving their dogs in our care. We employ an open house visiting schedule. Anyone can visit our facility and go anywhere during our opening hours.
How to Pay
When you book online, we do take card details to reserve the kennel but no payment is taken through the site. Payment is always taken on departure through card or cash. You can pay over the phone also.
Please note, we no longer accept bank transfer or cheques.
Please ensure you abide by our opening times stated in the terms and conditions to prevent additional charges.

All the boarding kennels and patios are spacious, comfortable and comply with those recommended by the authorities for even the giant breeds.
A reflective white insulated roof helps to keep the boarding kennels cool in the heat of summer as well as holding in the warmth of the thermostatically controlled heating system in winter.

We are extremely busy during the high holiday season, 15th July to 30th August
Therefore, places during these dates are limited, and it is advisable to book online or
in person at reception as early as possible during our opening times.
